FSB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage IT and Business change projects within FSB and ensure deliverables are applicable to scope and budget. Working on a mixture of Technical IT & Infrastructure projects and Business Change projects, you will also need to be a good all-rounder.

In this role, you’ll be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of projects and the allocation of resources within those projects. You will be required to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the businesses goals.

You will be required to plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools. In addition to this you will be managing relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, continually managing expectations.  As a Project Manager, you will proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • PRINCE2 accreditation or equivalent
  • Degree or equivalent organisational experience
  • A strong track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience developing project plans and associated documentation
  • Management of suppliers and other third parties
  • Ability to influence and negotiate up to Director Level
  • Experience of procurement with third party suppliers
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • A good team ethic
