This role is a 6 months fixed term contract.

FSB is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager whose day to day responsibilities will include managing the FSB Service Desk and Desktop Technicians, as well as building strong relationships with staff and members across the business.

You will have the fantastic opportunity of working with an experienced team of IT support staff in a constantly changing business environment.  You will be responsible for the IT Service Desk Team including the recruitment, training and development as well as the continuous improvement of IT Systems and processes. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external suppliers in the delivery of service requests and resolution of incidents, working to the agreed service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will be ITIL Certified as well as having experience managing a technical team in an IT customer support environment.
