Status: Fixed Term Contract - 9 Month Maternity Cover

The Role

Providing first class service to FSB’s members and customers. This will be done through answering inbound calls and making proactive outbound customer service calls.

Your role responsibilities will be:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all Members / prospects in line with the agreed KPIs and quality standards.
  • Working with team members and other departments to ensure, where possible, a first time resolution.
  • Making outbound "touch-base" calls periodically to existing Members in order to build the relationship and commitment with FSB.
  • Keeping up to date with FSB / Service Provider knowledge in order to provide relevant information to Members and prospects.

What FSB are looking for in a candidate:

  • Someone with great verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous telephone experience, ideally gained within an office, reception or call centre environment.
  • Proven experience of customer service delivery.
  • Computer literate, in particular Microsoft products
  • Experience records and an awareness of Data Protection.
