Regional Office Administrator - Greater Lincolnshire and Peterborough  (6 month fixed term) - 28 hours per week over 4 days
Regional Office - Lincoln
Salary: £16,000 pro rata + benefits
 
We are seeking to recruit a Regional Office Administrator to manage the administrative workload of the Regional Office, and provide administrative and secretarial services to the Region and Branch Committees.
 
Key Areas of Accountability: 
  • Provide Members of the Region and Branches with a consistently high level of support in order to facilitate their effectiveness and provide a monthly report to the Regional Executive Meeting.
  • Provide the Development Manager with support in events management, mass emailing, website maintenance, social media and cover key areas of the business in his/her absence.
  • Be the central hub for events management, supporting the branches closely in the running and development of events through taking bookings, marketing the events and liaising with members when queries arise.
  • Support the Regional Officers and the DM on typing and mailing various information, documents and letters to key external contacts to raise the profile of the organisation.

Customer Services Advisor (6 month fixed term)
Head Office, Blackpool
Salary: £17,000 per annum + benefits

We are seeking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to identify our members' needs and provide solutions to their queries as well as processing membership cancellations with a view to recovering cancelled members.
The Challenges:
  • Contact cancelling members with a view to find out their reasons for cancelling and attempt to recover the member incoming and outgoing communication
  • Dealing with members enquiring about the benefits of membership via various mediums
  • Work towards resolving any queries, issues or complaints that may arise with the benefits
  • Following each call, accurately log details into the FSB database system
  • Clearly communicate enquiries/actions resulting from the calls through to the relevant departmental contacts for them to follow up
  • Exercise confidentiality at all times, in line with Data Protection Act
  • Operate communication systems including information database, telephone and email
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of FSB Member benefits and service

PPC/SEO Coordinator (executive)
 Head Office, Blackpool
Salary: £26,000 per annum + benefits
 

We are seeking to recruit a SEO/PPC Manager to deliver the digital marketing strategy to grow the FSB membership base and continue the business investment in digital with specific reference to SEO, PPC and Social Media.

The Challenge:
 

SEO/PPC

  • Develop  and lead the strategy and campaign delivery for all Display, PPC and SEO campaigns, managing agency relationships and budgets effectively and measuring ROI
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the SEO and PPC campaigns within budget, to drive traffic and conversions on the site 
  • Work with the digital team to ensure the website delivers optimal customer conversion and lead generation, from on and offline response channels
  • Develop content marketing strategy and physical content for multi-channel transmission such as social media channels, blogs etc.
  • Ensure all digital activity is delivered in line with the overall acquisition and retention objective, and fully tracked to demonstrate optimal ROI
  • Review, manage and optimise the current website customer content, usability, navigation and processes for ease of customer use and to drive traffic to the site
  • Use of analytics to report on the effectiveness of the digital activity including tracking conversion rates and making relevant improvements the digital channels

Social Media 

  • Responsible for the daily working of the FSB's New Media output (Sales and Marketing/CSD Twitter handle/Facebook/Google+/LinkedIn) working alongside key content stakeholders such as policy, regions and other areas
  • Manage and feed the FSB social media channels with effective content 
  • To help deliver and influence the long term planning/strategic thinking on social media

 

The Ideal Candidate will have proven experience of:

  • Working in an environment where the purpose of the digital marketing activity was to increase leads and revenue
  • Providing input to a strategic national marketing plan
  • Driving forward online/social media marketing campaigns and communications
  • Managing third party agencies

Financial Reporting Manager

£45,000 + benefits
 
We are seeking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager to govern the production of timely, accurate and informative accounting for the management of the FSB and its subsidiaries. This role will work as part of the Finance department management team and will maintain compliance with the FSB's accounting policies and drive improvements throughout the department.

Key Areas of Accountability:
  • Produce timely, relevant and insightful analysis both proactively and in response to business requests
  • To produce business specific forecasts with insightful commentary to help inform business decisions
  • To oversee the production and distribution of the management accounts on a monthly basis
  • To effectively manage two Assistant Management Accountants 


The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will be ACA/ACCA qualified. They will have recent and relevant experience working in medium to large finance departments and will have successfully managed and implemented process and procedural change.

Assistant Management Accountant

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to support the Financial Reporting Manager in providing an effective and efficient accounting service for the FSB and its subsidiaries.

 

Key Areas of Accountability:

  • To calculate and post accruals and prepayments for all companies
  • To promptly and efficiently deal with complex accounting queries from budget holders
  • To complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring all reconciling items are actioned and resolved effectively
  • To assist with the production of annual budgets


The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and CIMA part qualified/qualified by experience. They will have experience in the production of statutory and management accounts, as well as quarterly and annual VAT and corporation tax return. They will be willing to learn and adopt new procedures, and will have a high level of numeracy skill.

We are looking to recruit a number of sales professionals to set up appointments for our field based sales team. 
 
The Challenge:

• Make outbound telephone calls to secure appointments for our field sales team focusing on the recruitment of new members.
• Booking of appointments over the telephone with key decision makers and to provide support to prospective members who apply on line.
• Respond to needs identified on the call, and maximise sales opportunities, most of which will be focused on either booking an appointment or completing a membership.
• Ability to handle sales calls with both warm and cold data and customer service calls.
 
The Ideal Candidate:

• You must have experience working within a sales environment which could be a contact centre but might equally be retail, hospitality etc
• You will have experience of working to targets and KPI's.
