Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to all businesses based in Bedfordshire or companies that can prove the majority of their business is conducted in Bedfordshire
2. Entrants must be sole traders or have less than 200 employees at the time of entering
3. A sponsor cannot enter an award in the category that they are sponsoring
4. Each category has different requirements in terms of length of time in business or age of entrant - please see individual awards for specific rules
5. The comments made on your application form should be accurate to the best of your knowledge
6. The Judges will be one representative from each of the sponsors and a judge from the FSB
7. The Judges' decision is final
8. Entrants must be available for consultation with the judges should the need arise
9. By entering the awards you agree to partake in publicity of the awards including the use of any images taken
10. Should a category not receive sufficient entries, it will be withdrawn from the Awards Ceremony
11. The closing date for all entries is the 27th April 2012
12. Entries will only be accepted on the official entry form
13. You may enter more than one category up to a total of three. Each entry must be submitted on a seperate entry form
14. Results will be announced in local publications following the Awards evening
