Skills Survey
The FSB has produced a report following on from the results that we obtained in our March 'Voice of Small business' survey panel. Figure from the 'Voice of Small Business' survey panel show that small businesses see training in skills and marketing as critical for their growth. In the report, 'Raising the standards: an FSB skills survey', the FSB argues that small firms need more help from Government to develop these skills.
Five Step plan for Apprenticeships
The FSB has recently produced a five step plan for creating the right environment to help small businesses take on apprentices.

Enterprise in Schools
If enterprise is going to be taught in schools it is important that businesses of all sizes become involved in the delivery. The FSB is investigating the various schemes and is encouraging its members to engage with their local schools as speakers, mentors and work placement providers.
