Retailing, There is a Future

Making Your Customers (Retail or Not) Want To Buy

Park Inn, Mansfield Road, Nottingham
31 May 2012, 6pm for 6.30pm start

Speakers: Corin Birchall, Head of Kerching and Paul Scarborough of ASC Finance for Business

The Nottingham Branch of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is pleased to present on behalf of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Region an evening of thought-provoking ideas and possible solutions to help make the future for your business a fruitful one.

The place where you sell may not be a shop, your product range not so diverse and you may have to search your customers out – but just like retailers you have to sell, which is why ‘Retailing There is a Future' is as much for the manufacturer, builder, engineer as it is for our shopkeepers and online traders.

Our main speaker Corin Birchall, Head of Kerching, the retail and marketing consultancy has a real passion for helping businesses to reach their maximum potential. What he says applies equally to all types of business and the way they/we work. Kerching are based in Leicester and have, over the last 12 months, been working closely with Broxtowe Borough Council to improve retailing in the area.

Our second speaker of the evening Paul Scarborough of ASC Finance for Business, the providers of FSB Finance for Business, will speak about raising cost effective finance to help you and your business.

This event is open to members and non-members and the cost to attend is £10 per person, payable when booking. There will also be 20 stand spaces available (first come first served) of about 1.5 metres square for members to display their goods and or services, plus a brochure exchange, there is no additional cost for a stand.
