Once again the FSB's Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Region have secured exclusive use of the Newark Pavilion to allow our members to showcase, market and sell their products and services.
The Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regional Committee is pleased to announce that we are able to offer regional members an opportunity to exhibit in the Newark Pavilion at the Newark and Nottinghamshire County Show. The Show will be held on Saturday 14th May and Sunday 15th May.
Attracting over 57,000 people annually, it is easy to see why the Show has become a highlight in our calendar. The Show offers vast and assorted attractions to ensure footfall is high – trade-stands, displays, non-stop entertainment, children's activities, environment village, food court with picnic area and much, much more.
We have exclusive use of the purpose-built Newark Pavilion and have space for 35 stands. We would like to extend an invitation to the Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire region members to express an interest in taking up floor-space. Each space measures approximately 3m wide x 3m deep, at a cost of £65 +VAT for the two days. Six foot trestle tables are available for hire at an additional cost of £10 +VAT each and chairs can be hired at £4 +VAT each, or bring your own (maximum two chairs per stand).

To offer the best experience for those exhibiting and attending the Regional Committee wants to ensure we have a good mix of stands. This means that stand-space will be allocated on a ‘first-come first-served basis' as far as this is possible.
Besides adhering to the Showground booking conditions, all applicants must meet essential FSB requirements – satisfactory completion of the FSB risk assessment and proof of period and limit of Public Liability Insurance cover, copy for our files.

- Friday 4th March - Places confirmed and full registration packs sent.
- Friday 18th March - Deadline for payment and confirmation of public liability insurance.
