There is only one member of FSB fieldstaff in each of the 4 Scottish Regions: the Development Manager.

Catherine Ward, is the Development Manager for the North East Scotland region.

Catherine is the first point of contact for all memebrs in the North East of Scotland who want help from the FSB.

The Development Managers work together to make the FSB a stronger lobbying force throughtout Scotland. They work alongside their respective Regional Committees to support Branch and Regional activities by: developing local policy and lobbying campaigns; representing the FSB at meetings; supporting new member volunteers; developing a strong presence in the local media; aiding Regional recruitment; and providing excellent customer service to the members.

The role is wide, varied, and never dull. Catherine has been working for the FSB since February 2012.
