On your membership card you will find a code which allows you access to member-only sections of the website. Add your details to the online directory. This will allow other members to find your business when seeking a product or service. Just click on DIRECTORY at the top of this FSB webpage, it costs nothing.

Hang your certificate in a prominent place. It is a reminder to inspectors/visitors that you are protected and it will let other members know that you are a member.

Contact the Legal Helpline the moment you have a letter or visit from either the Inland Revenue or Customs and Excise indicating that an investigation is about to take place.
