The North West Fund is a new £185m evergreen fund for Northwest.
Initially, £170m of The North West Fund will be allocated to 6 Fund Managers, The Fund Managers then have a mandate to invest their allocation into the specific product or sector they manage, before 31st December 2015. The £15m remaining will be available for further allocation and investment through to the end of 2015. More Information |

Apprenticeship Grant for Employers of 16 and 17 year olds
A new grant is offering employers an easy way to take on young apprentices. Over the next 10 weeks the National Apprenticeship Service will provide up to 5,000 Apprenticeship Grants. The grant of £2,500 is to enable employers to offer new Apprenticeship places and take on an unemployed 16 or 17 year old apprentice immediately. The £2,500 grant is in addition to the costs of training which are already met by the National Apprenticeship Service. More information |
