The Branches cover 11 local authorities and each has a Committee of volunteer members who work to organise and deliver meetings for Branch members to get together, network and hear from expert speakers on a variety of small business topics, as well as being involved in local lobbying issues and profile–raising activity.

There are over 6,000 members across the region, in a huge variety of sectors. TheFederation of Small Businessesisthe UK's largest campaigning pressure group promoting and protecting the interests of the self-employed and owners of small firms. Formed in 1974, it now has 205,000 members across 33 regions and 194 branches.

Branch members are encouraged to raise issues affecting their business which the FSB may be able to adopt as local, regional or national lobbying campaigns. Please contact Development Manager Neil Dutton in the first instance.
