Our judges are particularly interested in the following:
CUSTOMER CARE - Your customer care policy both internally and externally, and how it differs from your competitors
CASE STUDY - Provide a brief case study example
TESTIMONIALS - Support your entry with testimonials where possible
MONITORING - Explain how you monitor/check that your customers are receiving excellent service
STAFF TRAINING (if applicable) - Show how you ensure that your staff are trained and up to date with your requirements
