Supporting businesses in sustainability and growth is at the forefront of a thriving economy, whether that is through training and skills development, or using innovative processes to become more productive and competitive.  With Northamptonshire set to grow substantially over the next 15 to 20 years the role of the small business is vital in providing employment opportunities to complement the housing growth.  The importance of the small business, not only to our county but to the region and UKwide, is re-emphasised by these Awards.
