Q: Who qualifies for membership?

A: Membership of the Gold Club is automatic on reaching three years membership or more of the Federation. Any retired member with the same service will also qualify.

 

Q: Where can I find the offers?

A: On the FSB web site in the Gold Club section. You will also receive newsletters and if you agree, emails with special offers. Offers can also be sent by fax if requested.

 

Q: How do I get the offers?

A: You need to ring the supplier and quote your membership number.

 

Q: Who do I pay for the goods I've ordered?

A: You will pay the supplier direct as per their terms and Conditions.

 

Q: What to do if I have a problem with the goods or services I receive from a supplier?

A: You should make your complaint to the supplier. If you are still not happy, you should send your complaint in writing to the Customer Services Department at Head Office, Blackpool.

 

Q: Are offers available in the third year or after the anniversary date of joining?

A: The offers are only available after the anniversary date of the membership.
