What is Networking?

We all hear so much about Networking these days – everywhere you go people are talking about events they've been to and every time you read a business magazine, somewhere in that publication networking is mentioned.

Simply it is just word-of-mouth marketing. If you are like me you hate cold calling (although some people do have a talent for it) and I'm afraid to spend money on advertising as I'm not sure if I'll be able to reach my target market. I'm much happier to meet people face to face to discuss their business and mine.

Networking is about building relationships and finding other business people you want to work with to your mutual advantage.

Whether you are a seasoned networker or just a novice who wants more information about how to feel more comfortable when you network come along to this FSB workshop to get a few ideas which may help you grow your business.

5.30—7.30pm        Life Cycle of Your Business

 

This session will cover the various stages and barriers of a changing and growing business. From initial inception through to large PLC, follow the steps and understand where you are in the journey. Spend a couple of hours within our workshop thinking strategically about your business aspirations.
