Instructions for Firefox and Netscape Navigator Users
Changing the text font
- Select Options from the Tools menu (on older versions you may have to select Preferences from the Edit menu).
- Press the Fonts & Colours button in the General options (on over versions you may have to select Fonts from the Appearance category)
- Tick the box for Always use my fonts (on older versions you may have to untick the box for Allow documents to use other fonts)
- From the Proportial box select whether you want to use a Serif or Sans Serif font. (Sans serif is normally clearer).
- Select the front from the Serif or Sans Serif box you want to use.
Changing the text colour of the background colour
- Select Options from the Tools menu (on older versions you may have to select Preferences from the Edit menu).
- Press the Fonts & Colours button in the General options (on over versions you may have to select Fonts from the Appearance category).
- Tick the box for Always use my colours (on older versions you may have to tick the box for Use my chosen colours ...).
- To change the colour of the text, press the button to the right of Text, choose your colour from the palette.
- To change the colour of the background, press the button to the right of Background, choose your colour from the palette.
- Press OK.
Removing the images
- Select Options from the Tools menu (on older versions you may have to select Preferences from the Edit menu).
- Select Web feature (on older version you may have to select Advanced).
- Untick the box next to Load images (on older versions load images may be called Automatically load images).
- Press OK.
