FSB & Worldpay UK Business Awards 2017

Now is the time for Britain’s smaller businesses to step into the limelight and celebrate their achievements on a national level by entering the FSB & Worldpay UK Business Awards 2017.

What are the Awards?

Designed to recognise and reward the excellence, resilience and innovation of SMEs across the country, the Awards are open to all businesses with fewer than 250 employees and it’s free to enter.

There are 11 different categories to choose from, four of which are new for 2017 – plus the all-important chance to scoop up to £12,000 in prize money. There’s no limit on the number of categories a business can enter but don’t forget - entries close at midnight on 17 February.

How it works

Entries are made online at Judging will take place in 12 geographical areas across the UK and the area category winners will be announced in March. 

The top scoring four entries in each category will go forward to a national judging panel to determine who receives the accolade of national category winner.

The Gala Final takes place on 10 May in London hosted by Tim Campbell MBE, the very first winner of BBC TV’s ‘The Apprentice’. This is when the national category winners will be announced and where they’ll receive a cash prize of £2,000. The judges will also announce the business they have chosen as the overall winner and who will be crowned ‘FSB & Worldpay UK Business of the Year 2017’ – boosting their prize by a further £10,000.
