Essex FSB holds regular Westminster Briefings held at the House of Commons to which all 23 Members of Parliament from Essex, Havering and Redbridge are invited.

The aim of the hour long Westminster Briefings is to provide detailed background information on up to five topics of importance to businesses in the Essex FSB Region and to request MPs to take specific action on those issues.

Each Westminster Briefing is sponsored by an MP, to allow it to be held in the House of Commons, and a Briefing Paper is produced.

MPs unable to attend the Westminster Briefing are contacted afterwards and the Briefing Paper sent to them with a request that they also take action.
