The Havering Card was launched in Spring 2009 by Havering London Borough Council.

Each household got two Havering Cards delivered with further copies available from local libraries and council offices

Individual Offers

Businesses signing up to the scheme can choose the offer they wish to make and that is then publicised in the council's Living newspaper delivered to each households in the Borough as well as a listing in a published directory and on websites.
