Councils have a tremendous impact on the success of entrepreneurs in their area through the policies they adopt and the way they implement them.

Essex FSB is looking for Real Life Entrepreneur Champions from all political parties on all councils in our area; people who will be willing to stand up for small businesses in their council chambers and ensure that policies are friendly towards entrepreneurs.

Brentwood

The Leader of Brentwood Borough Council's Labour Group, Councillor Mike Le Surf, was welcomed as the first Essex Councillor to become an FSB Real Life Entrepreneurs Champion at the FSB stand at the Labour Party Conference by National FSB Policy Chairman, Mike Cherry.
