With two major airports - London Southend Airport and London Stansted Airport - the aviation industry is a major employer which is growing fast.

To enable that growth to continue employees with the right skills and expertise are needed and the Aviation Apprenticeship Scheme is designed to help meet that demand.

The Essex County Council Apprenticeship Scheme aims to provide help to businesses in the aviation sector wishing to recruit an apprentice.
