Suffolk Branch
Working with Local Councils and Government
The Suffolk Branch continually work and develop relationships with local councils across the county.
An example of this is our involvement in the proposed merger of Mid Suffolk and Babergh District Councils. Please find the minutes of the meeting Chris Soule attended on 8th March 2011.
Mid Suffolk Babergh Business Forum
The FSB recently attended the first joint Mid Suffolk and Babergh Business Forum. The topic of the meeting was Procurement, for which we are looking to create a model for Suffolk councils to use. We would like to receive case studies from businesses who have issues or queries regarding procurement. If you are able to help us, please email Jeanette Thurtle at the FSB.
The subject for the next meeting is Planning and would also like to receive case studies from businesses who have issues or queries regarding Planning. If you are able to help us, please email Jeanette Thurtle at the FSB.
