Just search for "say no to prs fees" as we did and now use Imsradio for our music source in our CCTV supplier shop in Manchester, 5 radio streams to choose from, change as and when you like, no prs/ppl fees just great unsigned bands and artists.
RB

Essentially with IP you would be looking at valuing a future income stream. Quite a few things go into that including the relative strength of the IP, e.g. in the case of a patent, the time to expiry and the extent to which it presents a barrier to entry to competitors. In general an accountancy firm (not necessarily one of the bigger ones) should be in a position to pull a valuation together for you.

Then things will change

Your local MP runs 'surgeries'. I also pointed out that in the Companies House appeals manual (very useful online manual) it specifically states that all calls are recorded on a Vertex Telephone system and the data stored for a year so my conversation should still be on file (August 2010) Outcome being case adjourned until August to allow recording or transcript to be produced.

Companies house have now responded that only calls to the Companies House Contact Centre are recorded on Vertex. Any calls to the number printed on the Companies House letters sent out are handled by Customer Support Services and these calls are not recorded. Therefore Companies house cannot provide a transcript and therefore respectfully requests that the Court do award Judgement in its favour.

Any suggestions what to do next I know the police have access to telephone conversations but that is normally only in respect of a terrorist threat. What really annoys me are these people are beyond the law as normally you can put in a counterclaim for compensation but as a government body that option is specifically excluded.
