Chris Daffy is the founder of The Marketing Group, The Academy of Service Excellence and The Leadership Forum. In 2007 he was made a Companion of The Institute of Customer Service. His book ‘Once a Customer – Always a Customer' was first published in 1996. Now in its 5th print run, it is one of the UK's top selling books on customer service. One critic commented that the book ‘should be required reading for everyone who ever needs to deal with a customer.' His new book for front line service people, ‘How to WOW your Customers' was released in 2009.

 

Chris also has two video training programmes, the first ‘Famous for Service', was released in 1999 and has been rated as the best and most comprehensive UK video training programme on the subject of customer service. Over 1000 organisations now use Chris's videos for training and motivation.
