Colin Wilman chaired the session with Towergate and Norman Lay, Sponsorship Chairman, introduced the Towergate team, one of the main supporters of the conference, as they have been for many years.

The title of the presentation was You'll Never Walk Alone with Towergate. 
 
David Perry and Tim Lazenby conducted the presentation on behalf of Towergate which had a football theme.  It was enjoyed by the audience.
 
They discussed four points for members to take back to their regions and branches.

The Towergate team left the stage to the strains of Z Cars, the Everton football team's theme music after Norman Lay won a football challange against the Towergate team.
