Question: Is it possible for DEell to create a dedicated place for members to call as it is not always possible to get the best deal?
Response: There is already a dedicated coupon for FSB members, but he will look into having a specific area on the website for partnering with the FSB.
Question: A delegate outlined problems he had experienced with two DELL computers and did not feel he had received a very good service.
Response: Chris asked to have a conversation with the delegate outside the conference hall and asked him to visit him on the DELL stand, so that he could obtain the details and agreed to look into the problems.
