The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Yorkshire Coast College and The Scarborough Spa have teamed up to host the Taste of Yorkshire Cookery Competition.
Celebrity chef James MacKenzie from the Michelin star restaurant Pipe and Glass Inn near Beverley will use sous chefs from Yorkshire Coast College at cooking demonstrations being held during the National Conference 2012.
The students have competed for the opportunity and the link between The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and the Scarborough-based college has also led to the students helping produce the FSB Conference dinner for 700 delegates our National Conference.
Ryan Sperry of Yorkshire Coast College said: "Yorkshire Coast College are committed to ensuring that our students leave with as many employability skills as possible.
"This opportunity from the Federation of Small Businesses is extremely exciting and will give the students a real taste of work and a great start for their working lives."
