We last visited Scarborough for Conference three decades ago and we are delighted to return to this popular North Yorkshire resort in 2012 to host our flagship event in the Scarborough Spa Complex. Once again the Conference Committee are producing an inspirational event which starts on Thursday 22 March with networking and seminars.

The FSB's AGM will start at 5pm in the Grand Hall. Friday is politics day and our host, Selina Scott, a Scarborough born broadcaster, journalist and TV Presenter, will introduce the Rt Hon Dr Vince Cable MP. There will also be other high profile figures from the world of business and politics. Friday's packed programme will finish with a drinks reception and dinner with a Victorian theme and a variety show. Saturday features the everpopular Question Time-style session, allowing members an opportunity to question a high-profile guest panel on major business issues. A well-known inspirational speaker will also address delegates.

Saturday evening will begin with the Chairman's drinks reception, followed by a formal black tie dinner and entertainment.
