As a right of membership, the FSB Legal Benefits Package, FSB Care, FSB Online Directory, FSB VoIP, and not forgetting FSB Policy, the campaigning and lobbying arm of the FSB are available to all FSB members. All members can access the FSB Legal Advice Line which is available 24 hours a day. Last year the helpline received over 100,000 calls primarily on employment law but also in relation to taxation, health & safety and criminal prosecutions.

Launched on 1 October 2007, FSB Care is a new centrally funded member welfare benefit immediately available to all members.
