Employees of the FSB are eligible for the following benefits:
- FSB pension scheme operated on a salary exchange basis. Following completion of a probationary period, members of the pension scheme qualify for employer's contributions (currently 5%, increasing with length of membership in scheme) plus additional benefits (currently group life cover and income protection).
- Childcare voucher scheme operated on a salary exchange basis.
- A total of 33 days annual leave in each complete holiday year, from which recognised bank holidays and office closure days must be deducted. Recognised bank holidays and office closures will be announced for each calendar year. Eligibility is increased by 1 day for each 4 years of continuous service up to a total holiday allocation of 38 days.
- Access to selected Member Benefits.
- Medical and Dental plans are also available post probation.
