• On two occasions I have had to chase up outstanding invoices. The FSB provides members with template letters for ‘chasing up'. These were invaluable tools for dealing with this, whilst still presenting the company as a professional business.

If I had not been a member of the FSB, I would not have had these services and savings available to me. Also, I know that if I require legal or tax advice in the future, I will only need to pick up the phone and speak to someone – for free. It is reassuring to know that advice and support is readily available when I need it.
