AGM Nominations are now closed......
The Federation of Small Businesses Branch and Regional AGM's are rapidly approaching. Nominations for Officer roles are now closed and will now be followed by the AGM events where you can vote for your Branch and Regional Officers for the year 2011 – 2012. Please take special note of the eligability criteria and the job roles in the notes to help you make your choices.
Letters have been sent to all members with the agenda for the regional AGM and their appropriate Branch AGM. If you have not received one or have misplaced your copy, please see PDF versions below for your convenience:

Why are we telling you about it?
Well it is also your chance, as an FSB Member, to get involved in voting for who represents the FSB in your area. Or maybe you'd even like to take a more active part yourself and volunteer to be a committee member to assist the officers and your local committee? You can do this at the AGM, there is still time!
The full list of those nominated will appear in the letter we will send to you advising you of all of the details of your local AGMs. This allows you advance notice of who is standing for election so that you can make in informed choice when attending the AGM.
Voting is in person, at the AGM and is an ideal time to meet the candidates and make face to face introductions with your committee for next year. Obviously networking with other members is another good reason to attend the AGM events. Dont worry, you wont get a job unless you want one!

AGM Events:
Cornwall Region & Branches Notice for 2011 AGM's.
All three Cornwall Branch AGMs and the Regional AGM will be held on Sunday 27 November 2011 at :-

The start times for the AGMs are as follows :-
Mid Cornwall AGM 11.00 a.m.
East Cornwall AGM 11.30 a.m.
West Cornwall AGM 12.00 noon
FREE Buffet Lunch 1.00 p.m.
Cornwall Region AGM 2.00 p.m.
A buffet lunch, at no charge, will be served in the Turret Suite ( downstairs ) at 1.00 p.m. to all Cornish FSB Members who have advised, before 9.00 a.m. Thursday 18 November 2011, that they will be attending the AGMs. To advise that you will be attending please contact Audrey or Stephanie on 01803 322499 or email devon@fsb.org.uk or you can book online on our Eventbrite system. Please let us know which branch you are from, if you will attend both the regional and branch AGMs and most importantly, if you require lunch.
Any purchases from the BAR will be for members to settle on their own account.
