PAYE: 2007-08 Penalties for Outstanding P11D(b) Returns
The FSB has been advised that some employers who have submitted their 2007-08 P11D(b) Return of Class 1A National Insurance contribution online and on time have been sent a penalty notice in error.
If you have received a penalty notice and you
- sent in your P11D(b) online BEFORE 6 July 2008, and
- have received an acceptance notice
you may wish to contact the Employer Helpline 0845 7 143 143 to discuss having the penalty discharged. You can also see further updated information on the HM Revenue & Custom website.
